KCS supplies and installs structural steel packages using the same workshop and site team, reducing handover issues between fabrication and erection. Our Darwin-based crew works across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and Defence-adjacent environments, with practical site experience in access, sequencing, hot works and coordination with other trades.

The erection crew installs, aligns and fixes the steel in coordination with the builder and other trades

Inspectio records and project documentation are compiled for handover where required.

What in-house erection changes for the head contractor
Supply and install in one scope
The steel package can be priced and delivered as one scope of works, so there is one program and one set of drawings to coordinate.
Site changes go back to the shop
A modification returns to the workshop that made the member, so it is picked up by people who already have the drawings and the detail.
